Letters
We ask for your understanding that we cannot always answer your letters immediately. In order to understand what you write and to write back to you, we normally require our translators. They are, however, not always available. (Skilled translators are always welcome to apply for a traineeship with us. More about this can be found on www.woeckel-press.com, under Traineeship.)
Helpful ideas are welcome. If you do not receive any answer after having written to the campaign's address, there may be two explanations for this: either, your letter has not arrived or we do not have the time to reply. Strangely, some e-mails do not even get to us. If you want to contact us, you may have to try other methods.
For urgent matters, it is a great advantage if you can contact us in German (also in English, if need be), so that we can deal with your request as quickly and easily as possible.
Please use our postal address for sending copies and the like. If you wish to receive a reply, please give your email address, telephone and fax numbers. Normally, we reply to enquiries only by e-mail or by telephone. Any other method is too costly and beyond the means of our organisation. We ask for your understanding.
We are interested in receiving reports of your experiences and would be pleased if you could send them to us. Unfortunately, we do not have the means or the possibilities to solve your individual passive smoking problem. We would like to encourage you to take personal action for the protection of the nonsmoker and in this way to bring about improvements for society as a whole.
